Millions Mission

Millions Missing - 12th May 2017

MillionsMissingMay 12th is the International Day of Awareness for chronic immunological and neurological diseases (CIND). These include chronic fatigue, myalgic encephalomyelitis, fibromyalgia and multiple chemical sensitivities; in other words invisible illnesses.

Millions of people are missing from their families/careers, jobs, school, sports and communities, and many too sick to raise awareness, let alone participate in life.

I intend to promote the day through the media and social media and invite people who suffer or know of someone suffering from an invisible illness to donate a pair of their shoes to be placed on our property.

A note about them or a name can be added to the shoes.

Shoes will be donated to charity at the end of the day.

Please pass this on.

Drop shoes of to 26 Homebush Drive, Junortoun on or before May 12th.
