Children & Dogs.

There is no child minding at this premise, however, under certain circumstances, babies &/or children can come if the class size is small and prior approval has been sort. Contact Karin for more information.
Friendly, socialized dogs can come and play with "Fritz", the resident Schnauzer, in the dog run at the back of the property.

Karin's Favourite Sayings

  • Karin uses many modalities in her Stretch & Fitball classes. These include gym  balls, swiss balls, ab balls, exercise balls, medicine balls, worry balls and a variety of balance boards, all to develop core strength and correct posture for participants.

  • Improve your balance by working on a foam roller. Challenge yourself to greater heights by balancing on an air roller.

  • Eye exercises, hand and finger exercises, toe and feet exercises are also included in these classes. Every part of the body is covered. You will learn over 100 different exercises within one term.

  • Breathing exercises, mindfulness and meditation is also practiced in these classes. You will leave the class feeling very relaxed and at peace with yourself.
